Zmey trophies

Here's a little drawing from the creepy part of my brain.
The zmey are my own alien species, and they live on a planet named "Kalor" by the humans. The zmey call it something else.
A long time before my story takes place there was a zmey warlord who made trophies out of every chieftain and warrior he personally fought against.
It both served as a warning to tribes who dared oppose him, and as a way of compensating the fact that he lost his frills and a big part of his tail.
